What you will see if this error appears:

Please select ‘Edit Login details’ 👇
Confirm the following:
Go back to Active Integrations 👇
Click on the 3 dots 👇
Select update connections details 👇
Scroll down and select 'Connect' 👇
If it continues to fail please delete the connection by pressing the 3 dots 👇
Then create a new connection using these details:
If you still see this same error after updating your user details, please follow these steps:
Select the EMIS Ball in the top corner
Click on “Configuration” 👇
Click “Organisation Configuration” 👇
Click “Users” 👇
Click on Search 🔍
Search for the Joy
Click the Joy App user (that you created earlier)
Please confirm Joy is assigned as a “Clinical Practitioner Access Role” 👇
Please confirm that this account has the following 5 RBAC codes:
B0380 - Perform Detailed Health Record
B8029 - Managed Detailed Records
B0820 - View Patient Demographics
B0370 - View Summary Health Record
ESC01 - View System Configuration
