Re-Authenticate JoyConnect

When the error message saying API not found appears, use the following steps!

πŸ’‘ Hint: When resetting JoyConnect you need to have your EMIS username and password handy.

  1. When the error message appears

  2. Open the Icon tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the machine by clicking on the upward arrow

  3. Right-click on the JoyConnect Icon (a pink text box) and click on 'Reset' πŸ‘‡

  4. A new pop up will appear to ask if you want to Re-authenticate EMIS, please click yes! πŸ‘‡

  5. The Joy Icon will disappear and start to reload. The EMIS pop-up will appear where you need to add your EMIS username and password

  6. You have now reset JoyConnect and the widget will appear! πŸŽ‰
