💡 Hint: When resetting JoyConnect you need to have your EMIS username and password handy.
When the error message appears
Open the Icon tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the machine by clicking on the upward arrow
Right-click on the JoyConnect Icon (a pink text box) and click on 'Reset EMIS Key' 👇
A new pop up will appear to ask if you want to Re-authenticate EMIS, please click yes! 👇
The Joy Icon will disappear and start to reload. The EMIS pop-up will appear where you need to add your EMIS username and password
You have now reset JoyConnect and the widget will appear! 🎉
